Terms & Conditions
SnapTakeOff LLC ("SnapTakeOff") — Effective October 14, 2026
The service
SnapTakeOff is a subscription quoting and invoicing app for independent contractors. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, prices, and messages you create and send with the service, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including licensing and consumer-protection rules in your state.
Accounts and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the plan price shown at checkout. New accounts include a 14-day free trial; no card is required to start the trial, and a subscription begins only when you choose a plan and complete checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Platform fees on customer payments made through SnapTakeOff payment links are disclosed in the app and in our plan information.
Text messaging terms
Contractors using SnapTakeOff send text messages to their own customers about work the customer requested — for example a quote or invoice notification with a link to view and pay, an appointment or on-my-way message, a payment reminder, or a review request after a completed job. Messages are sent under the SnapTakeOff messaging program.
- Customers opt in by providing their phone number on the contractor's quote-request form or directly to the contractor for a job.
- Message frequency varies depending on the customer's quote and job activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to end messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payment plans
Subscribers may offer their own customers installment payment plans through the service. Any financing agreement is solely between the subscriber and their customer: SnapTakeOff is a software provider — not a law firm, lender, or party to the agreement — and does not extend credit, guarantee payments, or assume the risk of non-payment. Finance-charge limits shown in the service are provided for convenience, based on published statutes believed current, and SnapTakeOff cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies. Laws change; subscribers are responsible for verifying the limits and requirements for their state with their own attorney and use this feature at their own discretion.
Acceptable use
Do not use SnapTakeOff to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to contact people who have opted out, or to misrepresent your business. Accounts that violate messaging rules may be suspended, because carrier violations put messaging at risk for every contractor on the platform.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTakeOff LLC's liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
